Following 9/11, when the time came for the Pentagon to ensure that its information infrastructure was survivable, manageable,
flexible, available and secure, we found ourselves as a key player on the Pentagon’s Command Communication Survivability
Program (CCSP). We were engaged to design, transition and standardize operations of this major IT upgrade in accordance with
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices. The success we realized by institutionalizing IT Service
Management (ITSM) best practices with this key program proved our business model was exceptional, and established us as a
premier business partner.
