Zenetex offers technical, administrative and management support services using industry best practices initiatives to increase productivity, reduce scrap, decrease costs, and improve cycle times. Our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) workforce is trained and filled with certified touch-labor experts. We identify methods to reduce Turn Around Time (TAT) such that production lines can meet customer demand. We also document standard work sequences for the assembly operations and develop parts kitting processes for the installation process.
