We have helped more than 25 government clients plan, design and integrate practical and workable ITSM solutions that enabled the transformation of IT capabilities and resources into services that provided enterprise value.

Our pedigree is in IT operations. Founded in 1999 as an IT infrastructure professional services company, Zenetex understands how to operate, support and synchronize IT systems into services that deliver successful IT outcomes.

Our IT Professional Services Group is comprised of two divisions: IT Service Management and IT Operations. Both groups focus on the mission of effectively providing secure information to the warfighter. The IT Service Management Group focuses on Design, Planning, and transformation of IT services using Industry Best Practices. The IT Operations Group focuses on net-centric enterprise on-going service operation.
