  Zenetex offers competitive benefit and compensation plans
Our vision is to be "the best place to work" including providing competitive benefits and compensation plans to all employees. This is a brief summary of the Zenetex employee benefits program. Beneftis may vary slightly depending on employment status and geographic location of individuals.

Zenetex Benefit Summary 2011

Standard for all eligible full-time employees*

HEALTH PLANS
Medical We offer a variety of health insurance plans including HMOs and PPOs. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following hire.
Dental Our dental coverage is provided by United Concordia. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following hire.
Vision We offer vision insurance that covers expenses for a complete routine eye exam, including refraction and glaucoma testing. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following hire.
FSA Our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefit allows you a maximum contribution of $5000 per calendar year to help cover IRS-approved medical expenses not covered by health insurance.
RETIREMENT / SAVINGS PLANS
401(k) Our 401(k) savings plan is administered by John Hancock. With immediate eligibility upon hire, employees may contribute up to 20% of their salary through payroll deductions up to the IRS maximum amount.
LEAVE PLANS
PTO Paid time off (PTO) is accrued based on years of service.
Holidays Zenetex employees are eligible for 10 paid holidays.
Disability Plans Zenetex provides both long-term and short-term disability plans.
OTHER PLANS
Employee Life Zenetex provides life insurance for an employee beginning the first day of the month following hire.
AD&D Zenetex provides AD&D for an employee beginning the first day of the month following hire.
Training / Education Zenetex offers a training/education benefit.
Supplemental Insurance Zenetex offers supplemental insurance through AFLAC.
Employee Referral Program Zenetex provides a cash bonus to employees who refer candidates who are hired and stay with the company.
*Please note that these benefits are standard for a 40-hour per week employee. We do offer adjusted benefits for both 32-hour per week and part-time employees. Not all benefits mentioned above are 100% paid by employer. Some benefits are modified based on geographic location of employee, contract specifications and state regulations.
