Apollo 13 Simulations 1 day -- Cost Varies Based on the aborted Apollo 13 mission, the “Apollo 13 -- an ITSM case experience™” is a hands on way of better understanding ITIL theory, process interdependency and impact, team cooperation, and applied knowledge. During this simulation, your team (10 to 15 people) must make changes to the spacecraft’s configuration and trajectory in order to safely return to Earth by following ITIL best practices. You are responsible for designing, implementing, reflecting upon and evaluating each mission critical change.
