Disability Plans
|
- Both plans provided by Lincoln Financial Group
- Short Term Disability—FT employees receive 60% of their normal weekly income. The maximum benefit duration is 11 weeks for any period of disability. Fifteen day waiting period. 100% employer paid
- Long Term Disability—FT employees receive 60% of their weekly income prior to disability or a max of $7K/month. The maximum benefit duration until Social Security Retirement age; 90 calendar day waiting period; 100% employer paid
- Some states (e.g. Hawaii and California) have special rules for disability insurance which we follow through a modification to our plan or through the state plan.

Military Leave
|
- Military reservists will be paid the difference between their straight time rate and their military pay for up to 10 work days per calendar year.

Bereavement

- 3 days bereavement for immediate family (spouse, children, parents, grandparents, siblings)

Jury Duty
|
- Employer will pay the difference in an employee’s pay and jury duty pay for up to two weeks. If an employee must participate in jury duty longer than two weeks they will have to use their PTO benefits or unpaid time off.
