Foreign Military Sales

Foreign Military Sales play a critical and integral part in the United States’ national security and foreign policy by strengthening defense relations between our military forces and those of our friends and allies. The FMS program is administered by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency for the Department of Defense under the authorization of the State Department and contains policies, databases and organizational elements that are constantly being revised.
