Our Network Engineers have expert knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)/
Internet Protocol (IP) networking technologies, CiscoWorks, Cisco router/switch configuration
and troubleshooting, and Type-1 network encryption equipment.
We install, configure, and test network encryption, routing, switching, and associated equipment including:
- CSU/DSU
- Cisco 1760, 2811 and 7204 routers
- Cisco 2950 and 3750 switches
- TACLANE Micro and Classic Encryption devices
Our Network Engineers coordinate the cutover of services from legacy Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM)/
Frame Relay circuits to the new Internet Protocol (IP)/Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) protocol,
using a “hot cut” process. Additionally, we troubleshoot the network and resolve problems as
necessary to provide service on new circuits.
