Zenetex now has a brand new office in the Crystal City complex located in Arlington, VA. Crystal City is one of Northern Virginia’s premier office locations. Just a few minutes from the Pentagon, the Crystal City area is home to many DoD headquarters organizations, especially those involved in Security Cooperation, which historically have been the type of customers that Zenetex has supported.
Zenetex opened the office to support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract through PMA-265 for the Kuwait Project Office (KPO). Opening in early June 2016, the initial focus of this support effort was for F/A-18C/D aircraft and related programs of the Kuwait Air Force (KAF). This work is a precursor to expanded support for the forthcoming KAF F/A-18E/F program that has been announced in recent media reports. This is a multibillion-dollar, long-term program. The KPO will be expanding the technical staff, which will be integrally involved in program management and technical support in behalf of a key US ally in the Middle-East.
Our new Zenetex office has already provided the springboard for expanded work. The strategic Crystal City location has positioned the company to team with StraCon to win a new contract in support of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). As the overall DoD policy manager and implementer of the US Security Assistance and Equipping programs worldwide, DSCA is a key organization in support of US Foreign Policy objectives. Our Zenetex team of subject matter experts is embedded in the DSCA organization providing responsive support to high-visibility FMS and Title 10 programs in many of the world’s hotspots.
Opening our new Crystal City office, gives us the opportunity to expand visibility of the Zenetex brand. The office is equipped with a state of the art meeting facility that will accommodate up to 50 participants. Our facility contains the highest quality audio/visual capabilities and is already hosting Kuwait PMRs, FMRs and similar meetings.
The staff at our new KPO Office is excited about the prospect of many future opportunities to come.
