ITIL V3 Foundations in IT Service Management

Zenetex University’s experienced trainers provide students with a general overview of the IT Service Management Lifecycle and its supporting processes, functions, and roles. The ITIL V3 Foundations course prepares you for the examination leading to the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. An independent examination body, EXIN, facilitates and marks the examination which is scheduled on the last day of the course. This certification is the prerequisite for the Intermediate and Advanced levels of ITIL certification.

ITIL V3 Intermediate Courses in IT Service Management
Zenetex University’s experienced trainers provide students with the next step in becoming an ITIL Expert. Each course offered below builds upon core concepts taught in the ITIL V3 Foundations course. Lifecycle Module courses are three days in length while the Capability Module courses are five days each. An independent examination body, EXIN, facilitates and marks the examination which is scheduled on the last day of the course. Each module passed results in an area specific certification and earns specified credits towards becoming an ITIL Expert. These certifications are the prerequisite for the advanced levels of ITIL training and certification.

ITIL V3 Advanced Courses in IT Service Management
Zenetex University’s experienced trainers provide students with the final step in becoming an ITIL Expert. Managing Across the Lifecycle is a  five day course that  focuses on the core knowledge needed to manage the various skills for successfully implemented IT Service Management. An independent examination body, EXIN, facilitates and marks the examination which is scheduled on the last day of the course. A passing grade on the final exams earns a Managing Across the Lifecycle certifications and 5 credits towards becoming an ITIL Expert. Participants must be ITIL V3 Foundations certified and have taken intermediate level courses before entering into this advanced course.
