ZeNETeX is a SBA certified small business with highly technically qualified consultants specializing in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL©) ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 consulting and training, computer networking, and service management application support to Federal, State and Local Governments. The company is organized into lines of business including the Quality Services Group, the Service Management Group, the Technical Services Group, and the
Enterprise Application Support Group. ZeNETeX has years of practical
experience assessing, implementing, and managing of ITIL© ISO 20000, and ISO 27000 compliant processes
and standards within large, complex, global, classified and unclassified IT environments.
In addition to a variety of technical and project management certifications, the company's consultants are ITIL© certified at one of three levels (Foundations, Practitioner or
Service Manager) and most employees hold at least a Secret security clearance.
ZeNETeX's client base consists of the largest Defense, Intelligence, and Civilian agencies as well as the largest systems integrators and telecommunications carriers.

Our proven ITSM (IT Service Management) solutions and ITIL certified consultancy offers ISO 9001:2000 consulting services and certification. ISO 9001:2000 is the global Quality Management System Standard that contains the actual requirements that an organization must be in compliance with in order to have a registered/certified system. As an information technology (IT) service provider, ZeNETeX has a proven methodology for the certification of IT system processes.
