Over 33 years of solid engineering and acquisition management experience in Naval Aviation Engineering, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Modeling and Simulation (M&S), Training and Acquisition Program Management, Joint T&E, and Foreign Military Sales. Seventeen years as a DoN Aerospace Engineer (Gov’t Civil Servant) supporting Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Test Center, and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland. US Naval Test Pilot School Graduate Flight Test Engineer, evaluated the flight and performance characteristics of Navy and USMC maritime/assault support helicopters, tiltrotors, and associated flight training simulators. For five years managed JT&E modeling and simulation project and directed at-sea Joint tests. For the past 17 years, as a defense contractor and senior leader, managed the execution of delivery orders valued up to $13M per year; supervised customer support teams and departments encompassing upwards of 100 personnel; capture managed, drafted, and reviewed proposals in support of business development. Currently with Zenetex, LLC, supports the acquisition of the CH-53K King Stallion Helicopter for the USMC and contract execution of the In-Service Engineering Office support for Naval Training Systems.
