The ISO/IEC 20000 Foundations certification class provides an overview of the ISO/IEC 20000 standards, its processes and the requirements necessary for an organization to obtain the ISO/IEC 20000 certification and registration. At the conclusion of each course, participants take an exam administered by EXIN. Successful completion of the exam leads to certification. Zenetex has an industry leading pass rate.
