- Online Proctored Exam – Candidate receives a voucher to take the exam at a date and time that meets their scheduling needs.
The candidate must have a computer or laptop that has a microphone and a camera, and must have a clear workspace to take the exam.

AXELOS retired ITIL v3 exams. Please see phased timeline below:
- ITIL v3 Foundation: Retired 1 July 2021
- ITIL v3 Intermediates: Retired 1 January 2022
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition: Will retire 30 September 2022
